Our coffee beans are gently roasted at around 210 °C for 13–16 minutes. This slow drum roasting ensures a balanced medium roast, allowing the delicate flavors to develop optimally.
In contrast to industrial hot-air roasting – where beans are often processed in a few minutes at very high temperatures – we give each bean the time it needs. The result:
