The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the European countries listed below. Delivery is carried out either via DHL or DPD.

Delivery to Switzerland (DAP – Delivered At Place)
The stated shipping costs include transport to the delivery address in Switzerland.
Import duties, customs fees and Swiss VAT are not included.
These costs are to be borne by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.

Delivery to Norway

Up to 5kg: NOK 230
5kg – 10kg: NOK 300
10kg – 20kg: NOK 400
20kg – 31kg: NOK 580
31kg – 60kg: NOK 1,700 (freight forwarding)
61kg – 120kg: NOK 2,300 (freight forwarding)

Delivery to Norway (DAP – Delivered At Place)
The stated shipping costs include transport to the delivery address in Norway.
Import duties, customs fees and Norwegian value-added tax (MVA) are not included.
These costs are to be borne by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped on the same working day. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code. Orders may be split into multiple shipments; shipping costs remain unchanged.

Products weighing more than 30 kg are shipped via freight forwarding (Kühne & Nagel or Noerpel). This ensures that your order arrives in good condition. Freight delivery within Germany usually takes no more than 2 days. Processing of freight shipments generally takes 1–2 days. European deliveries usually take no longer than 3–4 working days.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the product description.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
