Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or piece, if you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Steffen Fromm, Heubergstraße 9, 72189 Vöhringen, Tel.: +49 176 32175836, Email: support@naturbohne.de) by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.
It is sufficient for the withdrawal period if you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods that are capable of being returned, or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
We will arrange to collect goods that are not suitable for return by mail.
You must return or hand over the goods suitable for postal return to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The period is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods that can be sent by post as well as the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by post. The costs for non-postal return items are estimated at up to approximately EUR 25.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusions or Expirations of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods which may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract is concluded and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the entrepreneur;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines or periodicals except in the case of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal ceases to exist prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
