Delivery before Christmas

All orders for in-stock products received by December 17, 2025 , will be delivered in time for Christmas .

  • Valid for deliveries within Germany
  • The prerequisite is that the respective product is marked as in stock at the time of ordering.

For deliveries to other countries, the approximate delivery times indicated on the respective product details page apply. These serve as a guideline and may vary depending on the destination country and shipping provider.

Important information regarding goods shipped by freight carrier

For items shipped via freight forwarding (e.g., large or heavy machinery), different delivery times may apply.

  • Shipping arrangements will be coordinated individually with you.
  • We will contact you after you place your order to arrange an appointment.
  • Delivery before Christmas is not automatically guaranteed , even if the item is marked as in stock.


If you are unsure whether a product will be shipped via parcel service or freight forwarding, please contact us before ordering – we will be happy to advise you personally.

Extended return policy over Christmas & the holidays

We offer an extended return policy over the Christmas period and holidays.

Generally, we are very accommodating in this regard, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging .


Specifically, this means:

  • For orders received from December 13, 2025 onwards, you have up to 3 weeks to return the goods.
  • The decisive factor is the date of the delivery receipt at the shipping service provider.
  • The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

This way you can check or exchange Christmas presents at your leisure.

Important information regarding returns

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note the following points:

  • Ensure the packaging is sufficiently sturdy.
  • Secure the products so that they are not damaged during transport.
  • Ideally, you should use the original packaging in which the package arrived.
  • We recommend adequately insuring the shipment.


We also recommend taking photos of the packaged goods .

These are solely for your own protection in case of damage to the shipping service provider and can serve as proof that the goods were properly packaged.

If a product is marked "In Stock" , this means:

  • The item is physically available from us.
  • Shipping usually takes place within 24–36 hours on working days.
  • The displayed delivery time serves as a realistic guideline.

Product is on its way

If you see a message like "Not immediately available - product is on order" , it means:

  • This item is currently out of stock.
  • Delivery time may vary
  • We recommend contacting us briefly before ordering so that we can give you a realistic assessment.


Especially with high-quality espresso machines, we are happy to coordinate delivery dates individually with you.

Note regarding product bundles

For product bundles, the delivery time depends on the availability of the individual components.

If in doubt, please check the individual product pages or contact us before ordering. This will help us avoid misunderstandings and allow us to tell you transparently when your bundle can be shipped.
