We, the founders of Natur Bohne, love our products and want to provide our customers with the best experience and highest level of customer service. For this reason, we are always at your disposal.
Consultation and Support
We are happy to advise you before purchase. Visit our showroom in Vöhringen (by appointment) or contact us directly by telephone, WhatsApp, or video call – this way we can assist you even with questions regarding the setup and use of our products, even from a distance.
Product and Warranty Service
If something is wrong with your product, we offer you a free replacement within the first 14 days after delivery as well as a comprehensive repair service. Our own workshop works closely with experienced partner workshops. Within the warranty period, you can send us your products. We share the shipping costs: We cover the transport costs to our workshop, while the return shipping costs are borne by you.
Workshop Services
We offer the following workshop services (prices are understood as gross prices, including 19% VAT and an additional surcharge of 5% on the net price):
- Creation of a cost estimate: €32.00
- Extended cost estimate with report: €63.00
- Submission of devices without defects (user error etc.): €44.00
- Transport for damage claim in case of delivery damage: €44.00
- Shipping packaging for non-usable original packaging: €12.50
- Qualified damage report: €187.43
All prices include the statutory VAT.
Procedure for Service Inquiries
Please send us an email to kundenservice@naturbohne.de with pictures and a detailed description of your inquiry as well as your telephone contact details. Also, let us know a date and time, or a time of day when you are easily reachable.
Alternatively, complete the form in our Customer Portal. Here you can also directly upload larger files.
We recommend that you keep the original box to facilitate the return shipment.
Note for Damaged Devices and Returns
We are very sorry that you received a defective device. We know how disappointing it is to look forward to your order only to have the product arrive damaged – even though such incidents are rare.
Please note that we only offer brand new products – except for products that are explicitly designated as refurbished or used. Since your device was shipped in the original packaging, no preliminary check was performed to ensure the integrity of the original product.
To initiate the service process, please fill out the enclosed form with the available information. As soon as you return the package to us, we will arrange to send a new product – unless you have requested a refund through our returns portal.
