Die Mignon Single Dose hat konstruktionsbedingt minimalen Totraum, aber konkrete Retention-Werte nennt Eureka im Datenblatt nicht. Die Single Dose Pro, das nächsthöhere Modell, liegt bei etwa 0,2 g laut Herstellerangabe. Bei der Basis-Single-Dose rechne mit 0,3-0,5 g Restmenge im Mahlweg. Welche Eureka-Mühle aus der Mignon-Familie passt besser für unser Café, wir mahlen täglich 1,2 kg Bohnen?

Bei 1,2 kg täglich brauchst du die Mignon Oro XL. Die hat 300-g-Bohnenbehälter, On-Demand-Dosierung und ist für mittleren Gastro-Durchsatz freigegeben. Das 65-mm-Mahlwerk ist identisch mit der Single Dose, aber der Workflow ist komplett anders: Bohnenbehälter füllen, Siebträger einspannen, Knopf drücken, Bezug läuft. Die Oro XL schafft 3 g/s im Dauerbetrieb. Die Single Dose würde dich bei dem Volumen ausbremsen, jede Portion einzeln einfüllen kostet 10-15 Sekunden pro Bezug. In der Stoßzeit machst du damit 20 Bezüge statt 50.
