All of our decaffeinated coffees are decaffeinated directly in Mexico using the Mountain Water Decaf Process . This process uses only pure spring water from the Mexican highlands – entirely without chemical solvents. In a multi-stage water bath, the caffeine is gently removed without losing the natural flavors, oils, or structure of the bean.
