Diese Mühle hat das Niveau unseres Kaffees nochmal deutlich verbessert. Bzw. die Konstanz, mit welcher wir den Kaffee zubereiten können. Durch die Präzision werden aber die Schwankungen der Kaffeebohnen und der Luftfeuchtigkeit klarer spürbar. Nun lernen wir damit umzugehen. Macht richtig Spass und würde ich wieder kaufen.
Eine toll geröstete Bohne mit einer sehr schönen Crema. Dazu diese leichte Kakaonote. Sehr aromatisch und bekömmlich.
