Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after you receive your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For a return without defect, you bear the direct costs of return shipping. If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will cover those costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
Exceptions / items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, e. g. perishable goods (e. g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e. g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e. g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. No right of withdrawal is granted to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB.
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business or profession.)
To exercise the right of withdrawal, an informal notification by email is sufficient. After declaring the withdrawal, you can return the goods to the address indicated above.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered in a single delivery;
- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Natur Bohne GmbH, Rosenfelderstr 8 , 72189 Vöhringen, Telephone no.: 07454 / 870 48 64, email address: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e. g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement for goods suitable for parcel shipment until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
We will collect the goods that are not suitable for parcel shipment.
You must, without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, send the goods suitable for parcel shipment to us to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods suitable for parcel shipment before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning goods suitable for parcel shipment as well as the direct costs of returning goods that are not suitable for parcel shipment. The costs for goods that are not suitable for parcel shipment are estimated at a maximum of approximately 25 EUR.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion or early expiry
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
