The Eureka Mignon Zero was developed for single dosing: Weigh in the beans, grind fresh, done - with no residue to speak of. This makes it the ideal grinder for anyone who frequently switches between beans or wants maximum freshness with every cup. Available as 15BL (matt black) and 16CR (chrome).

What you can expect technically

• Grinding disks: 55 mm, hardened steel (standard); optional upgrade to Eureka Black Diamond/Diamond Inside possible.
• Single-dose concept: grinding chamber with virtually no dead space and zero-retention ejection(incl. bellow depending on scope of delivery).

Important clarification: Black Diamond for the Mignon Zero

The Mignon Zero is not supplied with Black Diamond/Diamond Inside grinding disks as standard, but with 55 mm standard grinding disks made of hardened steel. The Black Diamond disks are available as a retrofit upgrade (factory-fitted as standard, e.g. on selected Oro models).

What is the difference between 15BL and 16CR?

Technically, both are identical (55 mm burrs, motor, adjustment). The difference is the finish: 15BL = matt black, 16CR = chrome.

Does the Mignon Zero have 65 mm burrs?

The standard model (15BL/16CR) uses 55 mm burrs. The Mignon Zero 65 All Purpose uses 65 mm burrs and is optimized for espresso and filters.

Who is the Mignon Zero suitable for?

For home baristas who want single-dosing, freshness and a precise espresso setting - with the option of grinding filters. For those who regularly switch between espresso and filter, the All Purpose is more convenient.

Is there an advantage to upgrading to Black Diamond?

Yes - Black Diamond/Diamond Inside disks are particularly durable and retain their sharpness for a very long time. This pays off if you grind a lot of coffee or very lightly roasted coffee.
