What certifications do the coffees from Natur Bohne have?
All coffees at Natur Bohne are both organic and Demeter certified. This guarantees: no use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Only raw coffee from strictly controlled organic cultivation and full traceability of each batch – for the best taste and maximum transparency.
What products, besides coffee, does Natur Bohne offer?
In addition to excellent organic coffee, we offer high-quality espresso machines (e.g. portafilter machines from various manufacturers), precise coffee grinders, and suitable accessories. All products are carefully selected and manufactured according to German quality standards – suitable for both home baristas and commercial use.
How does the ordering process work and what are the contractual conditions?
Your purchase at Natur Bohne is made through our online shopping cart system. There you add products to the cart and complete your order after entering your personal information. Our General Terms and Conditions according to EU law apply. The contract is concluded upon sending your order; exceptions to the right of withdrawal are orders that are clearly tailored to personal needs or concern perishable goods.
How does the right of withdrawal work at Natur Bohne?
Private consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt of the goods. A simple email is sufficient for this. Returns must be made in the original packaging and with a sturdy outer box; otherwise, the customer bears the transport risk. The right of withdrawal is excluded or limited for hygiene products or customized, perishable goods.
How are the coffee beans roasted and delivered at Natur Bohne?
Our coffee beans are exclusively refined in small batches using drum roasting – this takes more time than industrial methods, but it maximizes the aroma and ensures optimal suitability for fully automatic machines. Shipping occurs directly after roasting, so the coffee always arrives fresh and aromatic at your place.
Can I as a reseller or restaurateur use special services?
Yes, we deliver our organic coffee beans in various formats depending on consumption and provide detailed information for your CSR or sustainability communication upon request. Our roasting profiles are specifically tailored for fully automatic machines in offices and the gastronomy sector to avoid machine problems and ensure consistent enjoyment.

Sollten bei der Zustellung Schäden oder Defekte auftreten (z. B. gebrochene Plastikteile), genügt eine E-Mail an [email protected] inkl. Foto zum Schadensnachweis. Insbesondere bei technischen Geräten wie Espressomaschinen bekommst du nach Anmeldung ein Rücksendeetikett. Sobald du das defekte Gerät an den Versanddienstleister übergeben hast, wird ein kostenloses Ersatzgerät an dich verschickt – ohne Wartezeit auf die Reparatur.
Which law applies to my order, and how does communication take place?
For all orders, EU law applies in principle. The language of the contract is German. After completing the order, you will receive all relevant contract data, terms and conditions, and legally required information as an email attachment. We do not permanently store the contract text, so we recommend saving the documents locally.
Do you also deliver abroad – and how does that work?
We deliver to almost all EU and EEA countries as well as Switzerland (including customs clearance). For certain products, there are contractual delivery restrictions to Switzerland. These products cannot be purchased and exported, and will not be displayed on the country page. Delivery outside of Europe (e.g., USA, Taiwan) is done by individual agreement. It is best to contact us in advance by email for international orders.
