Our coffee beans are gently roasted at around 210 °C for 13–16 minutes. This slow drum roasting ensures a balanced medium roast in which the fine aromas can develop optimally.
In contrast to industrial hot-air roasting, in which beans are often processed in a few minutes at very high temperatures, we give every bean the time it needs. The result:
