Background: At the factory, each machine is tested with real coffee beans to ensure the quality of the grinder and extraction. This process involves grinding beans that cannot be completely removed due to the grinder's large dead space. Even when the machines are cleaned afterward, tiny amounts of ground coffee remain.

We do not open any packaging – you will, of course, receive new, original packaging . During shipping, vibrations may cause residues to become dislodged and spread throughout the box.

And yes – sometimes we get the feeling that the parcel services are playing a game of football with the packages on the way 😉.
