Returns

How your return works – please note the following information:

We want to make returns as simple and smooth as possible for you. To ensure that we can process your return quickly and correctly, we rely on your support:

1. Reason for return (optional, but helpful in case of damaged goods)

Providing a reason for return is not mandatory. However, if the product arrived damaged, we kindly ask you to let us know briefly.
Background: Depending on the type of return, we use different return addresses – this helps us process your return more specifically and quickly.

2. Damaged products: please send a photo

If the product is damaged, please send us one or more photos of the damage.
If you would like a replacement, just let us know – we will then arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.

3. Send proof of posting (optional but helpful)

As soon as you have shipped the return, we appreciate a short message with the proof of posting to hello@naturbohne.de. This way we know that your parcel is on its way and can process your return more quickly.

4. Trial use is of course allowed

Normal trial use of the product is of course allowed and is fully accepted by us.
If the product has been used beyond normal use or is damaged, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing fee.

5. Careful packaging – your contribution to a safe return

Please use the following for your return:

  • The complete original packaging, including all packing materials
  • A sturdy outer box to prevent transport damage

Important: For returns that are inadequately packaged and damaged during transport, the customer bears the risk of any loss in value.
