Payment and shipping
The following terms apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following European countries. Delivery is made either via DHL or DPD.

Delivery to Switzerland (DAP, Delivered At Place)
The stated shipping costs include transport to the delivery address in Switzerland or in Liechtenstein.
Import duties, customs duties and Swiss VAT (MWST) are not included.
These costs must be borne by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.
Delivery to Norway
Up to 5kg: 230 kr
5 - 10kg: 300 kr

Delivery to Norway (DAP, Delivered At Place)
The stated shipping costs include transport to the delivery address in Norway.
Import duties, customs duties and Norwegian VAT (MVA) are not included.
These costs must be borne by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.
Delivery to Serbia and Albania
Up to 5kg: 21 €
5 - 10kg: 27 €
10kg - 20kg: 36 €
20kg - 31kg: 53 €
31kg - 120kg: 199 € (carrier shipment)
Delivery to Serbia and Albania (DAP, Delivered At Place)
The stated shipping costs include transport to the delivery address.
Import duties, customs duties and the destination country's VAT (Serbia PDV, Albania TVSH) are not included.
These costs must be borne by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.
Delivery to the Canary Islands
Up to 5kg: 18 €
5 - 10kg: 23 €
10kg - 20kg: 32 €
20kg - 31,5kg: 42 €
31,5kg - 120kg: 199 € (carrier shipment)
The Canary Islands are not part of the EU VAT area (DAP, Delivered At Place).
Upon delivery the Canary tax IGIC (7 %) and a customs clearance fee will be charged. We will refund the customs clearance fee upon presentation of the receipt.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
Up to 30 kg: 45,00 €
30 - 70 kg: 200,00 € (carrier shipment)
Delivery to the United Kingdom (DAP, Delivered At Place)
The stated shipping costs include transport to the delivery address in the United Kingdom.
Import duties, customs duties and UK VAT (VAT) are not included.
These costs must be borne by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.
For delivery to the United Kingdom we need your mobile phone number during the ordering process.
We will process the order within 24h and ship it on the same business day. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code. Orders may also be split into multiple deliveries, shipping costs remain the same.

Delivery of products that weigh more than 30 kg is carried out via a freight forwarder (Kühne & Nagel or Noerpel). We want to ensure that the order reaches you in good condition. Shipping time with the freight forwarder usually does not exceed 2 days (Germany). Processing of freight shipments usually takes 1-2 days. European deliveries generally do not take longer than 3-4 business days.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods domestically (Germany) will be made within 2 - 3 business days, and for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 business days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment after the time you made the payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Payment by invoice is possible from the 3rd order.
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when you pay by invoice.
