In recent years the market has changed dramatically: Some large corporations run numerous small online shops and often offer products well below value, frequently at a loss to gain market share. This makes it increasingly difficult for independent retailers, founders and family businesses to compete fairly.

That is why conscious shopping is even more important.

We would therefore like to kindly point out: please do not place "duplicate orders" with different retailers just to test who delivers faster or where the price temporarily drops. This practice leads to unnecessary returns, high costs and avoidable burdens for small businesses.

We do our best every day to deliver quickly, communicate transparently and offer fair prices. If you support us, you support a company that employs real people, takes responsibility and wants to maintain sustainable structures in the market.

During the Black Friday period order volumes rise sharply across all online retail. We continue to ship as quickly and carefully as always, however DHL, DPD & Co. may take longer than usual.

Please understand that, unlike large corporations, we do not hire additional warehouse teams but continue to pack with our usual care.
