
B2B sales to companies in the EU
Companies within the EU can purchase from us tax-free, provided they have a valid VAT ID.
Companies in Germany also benefit from our B2B offers, especially for coffee and accessories for commercial use.
This is how B2B purchasing works at Naturbohne

Select products
Place the desired products in your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.

Select the payment method “B2B Checkout”.
Please select "B2B Checkout" during the payment process. You do not need to pay anything at this point.

Provide VAT ID and company details
Please enter your valid VAT ID and the correct company name.
The delivery address must be at the company's registered office. If it differs from this, we require proof that the delivery address belongs to the company – for example, an electricity or gas bill, a telephone bill, a business registration, or an excerpt from the commercial register.

Review of your information
Once we receive your information, we will review your company details and documents. You will then receive an invoice from us without VAT .

Choose payment method
Payment can be made by bank transfer (1% discount) or PayPal/credit card .

Settle the invoice and place the order
Your order will be processed after payment is received. Please note that products can only be reserved after payment has been received. Processing usually takes 24 hours on weekdays.
