  • Automated brewing control: The Ottomatic 2.0 handles key brewing variables such as pre-infusion, contact time between water and coffee, and heating the water to the temperature of 92–96°C recommended by the Specialty Coffee Association to ensure optimal aroma. 
  • "Greedy Cup" sprayhead technology: A pulsating water flow ensures consistent extraction and promotes a balanced flavor profile. 
  • Versatile brewing modes: In addition to hot coffee, the Ottomatic 2.0 also allows you to prepare refreshing iced coffee by adjusting the brewing process accordingly. 
  • Automatic warming plate: Keeps coffee warm for up to 90 minutes without compromising the taste and then switches off automatically to save energy. 
  • Compact design: With dimensions of 32 cm x 19 cm x 33 cm, the machine takes up little space and impresses with its elegant appearance.
