Note on Lelit machines with integrated grinder:

With Lelit portafilter machines with integrated grinders, you may find coffee residue inside the machine or in the box when you open the package. This is completely normal and not a sign of use.

Background: At the factory, each machine is tested with real coffee beans to ensure the quality of the grinder and extraction. This process involves grinding beans that cannot be completely removed due to the grinder's large dead space. Even when the machines are cleaned afterward, tiny amounts of ground coffee remain.

We do not open any packaging – you will, of course, receive new, original packaging . During shipping, vibrations may cause residues to become dislodged and spread throughout the box.

And yes – sometimes we get the feeling that the parcel services are playing a game of football with the packages on the way 😉. We understand the frustration – no matter which shipping service provider was chosen. Where people work, mistakes happen – intentional or not (without wanting to accuse anyone of anything).

We are in close contact with the delivery services, take every complaint seriously and, of course, pass on feedback.
