This is how your return works – please note the following instructions:

We want to make returns as easy and seamless as possible for you. To process your return quickly and correctly, we rely on your assistance:

1. Reason for return (voluntary, but helpful for damaged goods)

It is not mandatory to provide a reason for return. However, if the product arrives damaged, please provide us with a brief notification.
Background: Depending on the type of return, we use different return addresses – this helps us process your return more quickly and efficiently.

2. Damaged products: Please send photo

If the product is damaged, please send us one or more photos of the damage.
If you would like a replacement , please let us know – we will arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.

3. Send receipt (optional, but useful)

Once you've sent the return, please send us a short message with the receipt to hello@naturbohne.de . This way we'll know your package is on its way and can process the return more quickly .

4. Test use is of course permitted

Normal test use of the product is a matter of course and is accepted by us without restriction .
If the product is used beyond normal use or is damaged, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing fee .

5. Careful packaging – your contribution to a safe return

Please use for your return:

  • The complete original packaging including packaging material
  • A sturdy outer box to avoid transport damage

Important: For returns that are inadequately packaged and damaged during transport, the customer bears the risk of any loss of value.
