Daily operation

The freshly filled portafilter is inserted into the height-adjustable fork. Via the automatic portafilter detection, the tamping cycle starts at the push of a button. You can choose between single and double tamp and set the pressure to suit your setup. This gives you a consistent, reproducible tamp for every shot.
