Who the Bezzera Matrix MN is made for

When four milk drinks in a row are normal.

A heat exchanger machine splits one boiler between brewing and steaming. A dual boiler has two boilers, each with its own temperature. You only notice the difference when multiple drinks are made in succession.

The tamper supplied with most machines is made of plastic. A properly fitting tamper fills the portafilter basket to the edge, and it is exactly there that you find out whether the water will flow through evenly.

2 years statutory warranty, handled by us

You write to us, not the manufacturer. We organize pickup, repair and return shipping.

Voluntary 5 year warranty, for an additional charge

Spare parts & maintenance
