IPM knock drawer Micro Elegance: compact and quiet

The IPM Micro Elegance is IPM's narrow knock drawer for small barista stations. With a width of 14 cm it fits under compact grinders and next to machines where a large drawer would not fit.

Quiet thanks to a triangular knock bar

As with all IPM knock drawers, a triangular hard rubber knock bar is positioned at the front. The puck releases cleanly and the knocks are damped.

Place a grinder on top? The drawer is 14 cm wide. The grinder should rest with all feet on it. If you work with two portafilters and place a grinder with an integrated scale on it, only knock out the used portafilter after grinding is finished: a knock during grinding disturbs the dosing.

Does my grinder fit on it?

The drawer is 14 cm wide. These 18 grinders from our range are, according to the datasheet, at most this wide and deep, so they fully sit on it.

Calculated using the width and depth of the device, not the distance between the feet. Place the grinder so that all feet sit flat.

Grinder with scale? If you work with two portafilters: only knock out the used one after the grinder has finished grinding. A jolt during grinding interrupts the dosing or distorts the weighing, according to the manufacturer.
