The Handle Set Classic 5-piece is a high-quality upgrade set for espresso machines with a E61 grouphead. It combines two classic wood-handled portafilters and three universal toggle levers into a harmonious overall package for design, feel and everyday usability.

The set is aimed at discerning home baristas and offices. If you want to upgrade your espresso machine visually and functionally without technical modifications to the machine, this is for you. High-quality materials, precise workmanship and timeless design are the focus.

Contents

• 2× Portafilters (Classic wooden handle with stainless steel portafilter head)
• 3× Toggle levers, universal (for steam and hot water valves)

Note: Handle sets without portafilter heads have the same contents minus the portafilter heads.

Compatibility

This handle set is compatible with espresso machines that feature a classic E61 grouphead as well as toggle levers with M8 thread. These include, among others:

• Bezzera Aria (MN / TOP)
• Bezzera Magica
• Bezzera Magica PID
• Bezzera Mitica (S / Top / MN)
• Bezzera Matrix

Note: For special editions or individually modified machines we recommend checking the existing threads and lever dimensions in advance.

Materials & Workmanship

All wooden handles of the Classic set are made from high-quality solid hardwood and are refined by hand in several work steps. The oiled surface provides a pleasant feel, protects the wood from moisture and highlights the natural grain.

• Solid hardwood (e.g., walnut, olive or oak, depending on the variant)
• Oiled finish for long-lasting protection
• Precisely manufactured stainless steel portafilter heads
• Precisely fitting toggle levers with M8 thread

Benefits for the barista's daily routine

• Coordinated design: Portafilters and toggle levers are visually perfectly matched.
• Improved feel: Wood feels warmer and more grippy in the hand than plastic or metal.
• Premium appearance: Visible upgrade for high-end espresso machines.
• Durable for everyday use: Robust materials for frequent use.
• Easy installation: Can be installed without special tools.

Installation & Care

Installation is done by unscrewing the existing handles or toggle levers and fitting the new components. For a long-lasting attractive finish we recommend occasionally re-oiling the wooden handles with a suitable care oil.
