The diameter of the grinding burrs determines how many revolutions are needed for the same amount of coffee.
Conical burrs run at lower rotational speed and therefore stay cooler.
You decide how long to grind.
A small hopper means more frequent refilling, but the bean in the basket is always fresh from the bag.

The beans sit in the hopper and are ground on demand.
The numbers from the data sheet, in the order that matters. A faster grinder does not grind better, it only grinds more.
The larger the burrs, the fewer revolutions are needed for the same amount of coffee. The grounds heat up less, and heat in the ground coffee costs aroma. Installed are conical Gold Energy.
These are 25 square centimeters of counter that are permanently occupied. At 16 cm height you need space above it for refilling.

The beans sit in the hopper and are ground on demand. This is the faster way in everyday life, especially if the same coffee is used all the time. A full hopper, however, means that the beans at the bottom are exposed to the air for longer.
The diameter of the grinding burrs determines how many revolutions are needed for the same amount of coffee. Larger burrs need fewer revolutions, the grind warms up less, and heat in the grind reduces aroma.
Conical burrs run at lower rotational speed and therefore stay cooler. They need less vertical space and are less tolerant of individual hard beans.
You decide how long to grind. The most reliable way is with a scale because otherwise the amount shifts with grind size and bean.
A small hopper means more frequent refilling, but the bean in the basket is always fresh from the bag. For single shots this gives the better result.

The Eureka Baby coffee grinder is suitable for filter coffee. The stepless grind setting allows the grinder to be adjusted to the desired level for filter coffee. The steel conical burr ensures consistent grinding results, which is important when preparing filter coffee.
Pro Shot kurbelst du ca. 18 g in 30–40 Sekunden.
