The knock-out drawer is one of the parts on the espresso station that is touched several times a day. The Wiedemann handle replaces the original plastic handle of the Joe Frex Sudschublade dxss with a piece of handmade hardwood with a stainless steel thread and makes knocking out a more pleasant motion.
