Wiedemann rotary knob for Rocket: wood instead of plastic on the steam tap

Whether steam wand or hot water tap: the rotary knob is one of the parts you touch most often on your Rocket. The Wiedemann rotary knob replaces the original plastic wheel with a handcrafted piece of hardwood with a stainless steel core and thus brings a warm tactile feel and individual character to your espresso machine with portafilter.

According to the manufacturer, the rotary knob fits Rocket portafilter espresso machines with a 7 mm internal square profile, including Appartamento, Epica, Giotto, Mozzafiato, Porta Via and R Cinquantotto manufactured from 2017. For newer Rocket model ranges, we recommend checking the profile in advance.
